YEESS, the Young European Enterprises Syndicate for Space, was created in 2021 to facilitate and accelerate the New Space dynamic in Europe. With 13 members today, YEESS aims to work with and for Europe, collectively supporting the continent's competitiveness in the space industry. For more information, please visit www.yeess.eu


To strengthen and enhance the communication of our Syndicate, the leaders of our "Communication" working group are recruiting an assistant on a work-study basis.


Global missions:

Coordination, administrative management, and communication related to the smooth operation of the Syndicate.


Details:

Coordination :

- Be in charge of the Syndicate's email inbox, respond to requests from members and external partners, and relay relevant information to the concerned members.

- Coordinate various working groups:

o Plan and organize meetings.

o Draft and distribute meeting minutes.

o Ensure the proper consideration and execution of tasks agreed upon during various working meetings.

o Follow up on membership dues, manage reminders.


External communications:

- Digital Communication:

o Propose an action plan and implement it on social media to enhance both the Syndicate and its members' visibility.

o Manage social media presence (content posting, interaction with members and partners).

o Ensure the website is up-to-date and regularly updated.


- Event Communication:

o Identify key trade shows and events for YEESS.

o Monitor members' participation.

o Coordinate logistics.

o Assist in organizing the annual event.


Internal communications:

- Ensure the effective transmission of key information to members and propose the appropriate communication method to achieve this (email, newsletter, etc.).

- Participate in the organization of the Annual General Assembly (venue search, collection of input data for activity reports, etc.).


Profile required :

- Student preparing a master’s degree in communications, Political Sciences or Public Affairs

- Excellent English level

- Good knowledge of social medias

- Curious, autonomous, volunteer

- Knowing Wordpress would be a huge plus


About the position

- Position based in Toulouse (France) or Bilbao (Spain)

- Apprenticeship of minimum 1 year

- Some travels across Europe may occur.
